This also includes demonstration trucks or other mobile display vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Hotel Arrangements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Hotel at Kirkwood Center has a block of rooms set aside for this meeting at a rate of $112\/night.\u00a0 When making reservations, please call 319-848-8700 and indicate that you will be attending the IA ASCLS\/CLMA Meeting.\u00a0 Reservation information is below.\u00a0\u00a0 Cut off date for block reservations is March 15, 2016.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Contract for space:<\/u><\/strong> The application for space and the formal notice of assignment constitutes a contract for the right to use the space allotted.\u00a0 In the event of fire, strikes or other uncontrollable circumstances, this contract will not be binding.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Use of space:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of the space allotted without the knowledge and consent of the conference committee.\u00a0 Aisles must be kept clear.\u00a0 Exhibitors must comply with all safety, fire and health requirements during set-up, operation and teardown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Exhibit space<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 Each 8 x 10 exhibit booth shall have pipe and drape, one 8 ft skirted table and a chair.\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>Electrical is at no extra charge but must be requested on the form.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Assignment of space<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 The committee will assign what is considered best space available.
